Learn the art of creating a picture-perfect buttercream cake from start to finish. In this hands-on class, you’ll master the essential techniques for layering, filling, and decorating your own 6” caramel cake with brown sugar buttercream and delicious sea salt caramel!
You’ll learn how to level, stack, and fill your cake to create a beautifully even base, then perfect your smooth buttercream finish using professional techniques and tools. From there, you’ll explore creative piping styles such as soft ruffles, organic waves, and playful squiggles, along with dimensional buttercream bows and elegant decorative accents to turn your cake into edible art.
All tools and materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own beautifully decorated 6” buttercream cake!
