Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping to addresses within Canada and the United States. We can ship elsewhere by special request. Please contact us at hello@sugarnursery.ca. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on any unforeseen circumstances.

- Local (Nova Scotia): Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
- Canada: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.
- United States: Estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days.
Shipping Carriers: We use Canada Post for domestic shipments within Canada and to the United States. We do not offer local pick up of items purchased online.
Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping is CAD $10 for orders to Canada and the United States. Free shipping provided on orders over CAD $125 for Canada and the United States.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.
