This European cut work art is inspired by Richelieu techniques that are achievable by students with intermediate/advanced beginner skills. The first part of our class will focus on piping skills and the repeatable elements in our cookies to build your skills and confidence. Amanda will supply everything you need to create these breath-taking designs and showcase your pastry skills to your family and friends for gift giving.

Your class registration includes 10 large gingerbread cookies; two of each type. As you proceed at your own pace, we will teach you how to complete 5 unique designs. You will leave with the ultimate writing professional piping tip and enough royal icing to detail your complete set of cookies at home.  Did we mention you will also be provided with white or red ribbon of your choice for hanging your works of art?

Your stunning cookies are perfect for gift giving for your friends, co-workers and family.  

All tools and materials and recipes are included, and your creations will be carefully boxed for travel.
