Spring Blossom Cake Class

Step into a garden of wildflowers and join us for a sweet spring escape as you design your own enchanting blossom cake.
In this beginner-friendly class, our cake studio becomes your floral sanctuary while you learn techniques for shaping delicate edible flowers, leaves, and whimsical stems. Each lemon cake will be freshly baked, filled, and covered with either a smooth veil of soft green fondant or gentle pink buttercream; it’s your choice. Your pretty cakes will be ready for you so you can focus on the artistry. Amanda will begin with a live demonstration of her signature whisper-thin covering method and luxurious strawberry white chocolate whipped ganache, along with plenty of helpful tips and tricks.
Then it’s your turn to bring your blossom cake to life.
You’ll head home with a graceful 5” floral masterpiece (7-8 servings), rich in strawberry and lemon flavour and crafted by you. You will also leave with the confidence to recreate this romantic design in your own kitchen, along with recipes for our luxurious strawberry whipped ganache and our easy Swiss meringue buttercream.
All tools and materials are included. Your finished cake will be carefully boxed for safe travel.
